Tell us how you came to represent your country.
Actually, my friend Sakura was suppose to enter into this contest but she had to bow out of it. She convinced me to try out for it. I thought it would be fun but never thought I'd actually get this far. I love representing the states!

Tell us a little about your past/childhood/life and ambitions for the future.
My parents are both rather famous Jazz musicians. Dad has a large jazz band and mom sings for him. I have two sisters and I'm the middle child. We all sing and dance but I'm the only one who's actually pursuing it. I'm hoping to become a working actress for stage and screen. I'd also love to be a mom someday.
